She began her own business – Lieb Consulting Services – in 2018 where she has primarily supported Seed round, Series A, Series B, Series C Tech companies, SaaS, Gaming, and Entertainment startups…… but Melissa has also worked with giants like Apple and Instacart and mid-sized, profitable companies as well.
Prior to forming her business, she was Head of Talent Acquisition & Talent Development, reporting to the CFO at Zefr, an adtech company.
